Control Arm Bracket (FEA)
My first ever CAD project — designing and thoroughly testing a control arm bracket for a car chassis. To do this, I balanced the model’s Factor of Safety (FOS) and material usage using Finite Element Analysis and topology studies. Below is a presentation I quickly created that goes over the design process.
